Workflow Requirements
In order to fully support the integration of CONNECT Issue Resolution with Comments Tracking, the Comments Tracking workflow has specific requirements. These requirements are in addition to those detailed in Required Task (Workflow) Configuration.
Review Task Requirement
A Comments Tracking workflow must have at least one review
task where a Comments Tracking reviewer can view the linked CONNECT Issue
Resolution issues. For example,

During the process of reviewing documents that are linked
to CONNECT Issue Resolution, the CONNECT Issue Resolution issues can be copied
to Comments Tracking comments, using an automatic trigger server process. In
order for the server process to be triggered, a specific must be included in
the workflow. This Task must be of a Class that is specified in the
Task classes on which IR to CT server actions are
processed setting. For example,

Once the processing task has been added to the Comments
Tracking Workflow, you must right-click the task and select
Go To Task to assign a task. For example,
